Hi, i’m elizabeth.

I began my spiritual journey in a very conservative church upbringing. In the last ten years, I stumbled over cracks in my religious tradition; instead of trying to cover them up, I dug deeper. Through human and wild companions along the way, I found a more spacious way of noticing and being with the Divine. I hope that my story can offer an example of a new ancient way to be in relationship with the Holy.

“the way you alchemize a soulless world into a sacred world is to treat everyone as if they are sacred until the sacred in them remembers”

a little bit more

  • I grew up in the pine woods of Georgia. My childhood was immersed in faith and family. I have always enjoyed a passion for nature and a desire to be a part of spiritual conversations. From where I am now, I can see just how closely those two are connected.

I have spent most of my adult life deep in the work of motherhood. I recognize what a gift it has been to be able to have my dream job of creating and building a life for my family. While all of this beauty was unfolding in my family, I found I could no longer cover up the deep cracks in the foundation of the evangelical tradition I was raised in. I began to search for new ancient streams to create the space I needed.

Through these investigations, I discovered contemplative practices, Celtic spirituality, Quaker Group Discernment, Indus River Valley Yoga philosophy, Sacred Feminine, and Wild Spirituality. I also had to take a hard look in the mirror around my privilege as a white cis-woman. Each of these streams has helped shape who I am in the world and what I want to be investing in next.

I intentionally follow the Celtic Calendar - solstices, equinoxes, cross-quarter points between - to help ground me in the rhythm of the Earth. I seek practices and rituals to help my own soul stay awake to the deep truth of my sacredness and the sacredness of all. I am seeking opportunities to grow and learn and to remember who I am - a beloved of the Divine.
